Refund policy

No Returns for Custom Products

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of custom pins, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders.
  • Defects or Errors: If your order contains manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect plating, size, or design not matching the approved proof), notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing customercare@bellaforge.com. Claims must include clear photos showing the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, with return shipping covered by us.
  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, artwork, or specifications approved in the proofing process.
