2. Use of the Website

3. Ordering Custom Pins

  • Custom Product Nature: All pins are custom-made based on your submitted designs, specifications, and approvals. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of artwork, sizes, colors, plating, and other specifications during the proof approval process. Please zoom in and review your proof at full size to confirm all details before approval.
  • Order Process: Orders begin once your design and specifications are submitted through our Website. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed.
  • Pricing: Prices are as displayed at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Prices include the specified pin type, size, quantity, plating, clutch, and packaging unless otherwise noted. Additional fees (e.g., shipping, taxes) will be disclosed at checkout.
  • Payment: Payment is required in full before production begins. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.

4. No Returns for Custom Products

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of custom pins, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders.
  • Defects or Errors: If your order contains manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect plating, size, or design not matching the approved proof), notify us within 10 days of delivery by emailing customercare@bellaforge.com. Claims must include clear photos showing the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, with return shipping covered by us.
  • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided designs, artwork, or specifications approved in the proofing process.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Production Time: Most custom orders require 10–15 business days for production after proof approval.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after production, depending on location and shipping method.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
  • Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

6. Design Assistance

Customers may provide a simple sketch during the ordering process. Once your order is placed and payment is received in full, we will provide design assistance to prepare your artwork for production. You will receive a proof for review and approval, with unlimited revisions.

Once the proof is approved, a signed and dated confirmation is required before production begins. All design work is included as part of your order and is non-refundable once the design process has started.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Designs: By submitting artwork or designs, you warrant that you own or have rights to use the intellectual property. You agree to indemnify Bella Forge LLC against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
  • Our Rights: All content on the Website is owned by Bella Forge LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota, USA.
